Team Pre-season Training
Lilliput offers a unique training location for all your pre-season needs. We look after all your physical requirements including strength work, condition and endurance. The unusual setup of the running track promotes teamwork, due to its challenging hill work and its uncanny knack of getting players to work together. A workout on the track combined with our fully equiped gym will ensure that your team are ready for the season ahead.

First Aid Training
Our first aid training can be carried out here at Lilliput or in a venue of your choice. We can also design courses specifically to suit your needs. We can cater for small of large groups.First Aid Training

Gaisce Awards Training
Lilliput Adventure Centre is recognised as a training centre for the Gaisce / Presidents Awards. We cater for Gold, Silver and Bronze Adventure Awards. Our location and facilities ensures that we can cover all aspects of the Gaisce Award including accommodation / camping, cooking facilities, meal planning and all associated activities.
